This was another day of reclaiming ancient cultural practices by making and sharing sourdough bread from a 25-year-old Russian rye culture, yoghurt from a 100-year-old Eastern European culture and delicious kefir from real kefir grains in a workshop led by Eva Bakkeslett.  For more information on her work, see her website livingcultures.wordpress.com
