Join Barbara Boxall for a day of Mindfulness and Peace at Fintry, deepening into the Presence and Stillness that Mindfulness practice brings. During the day we will be spending time with a variety of gentle guided meditation practices. These will include mindful movement, seeing, sitting, walking, eating and a body scan (a guided meditation placing attention on parts of the body in sequence). We will also walk in the beautiful gardens if the weather is kind.
