- Jon Kabat-ZinnIn February-March we will be offering a course learning how to manage the stress in our lives through an 8-step mindfulness programme led by qualified MBSR trainers Sally and Jean-Paul Jeanrenaud. The course will take place over two weekends (27th February – 1st March and 20th – 22nd March) at Fintry. The cost is £390 for both weekends at the residential rate, £312 non-residential.
